What are your order processing times?All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days (excluding weekends) unless otherwise stated.

What are the Domestic and International Shipping Options?Standard Domestic (UK) shipping is Royal Mail Tracked. Standard International shipping is Tracked and Signed. Tracking information for your parcel will be sent to the email address/mobile number you provide at checkout. Please see individual product listings for additional details. Free shipping over £20 for UK orders. Free shipping over £50 for International orders.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?Refunds, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is a problem with your order or you are dissatisfied with the product, please get in touch via the contact form and we will try to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, we will try to replace this order if you provide proof of damage.

Do you take commissions for bespoke art pieces?Yes, I do! Please get in touch via the contact page and we can discuss your requirements.

Do you mount or frame the artworks?Currently, I do not sell framed or mounted artwork. All artwork and prints come unframed and unmounted. This gives you the flexibility to find your own framing solution to suit your tastes and budget. I personally love to up-cycle second hand/vintage frames and mounts as they are more characterful!
